This wiki is meant to be used as working environment of the GERMINADOR project by the members of Taller d'Intangibles and other people contributing to the project.

You can edit most of its pages, no matter if you are registered user or guest.

[edita] Contributing – Where to:

If you want to make a general comment on the project, go to GERMINADOR project comments page
If you want to comment on any content, use the page Discussion that is associated to any wiki page. You can have access by clicking on discussion tab that you see at the top of the screen.
If you want to write some personal reflection, do it from your user’s page or by creating a link from there
If you want to comment on another user’s, do it in his or her own personal discussion page. You can access from the List of users you will find among the Special-purpose pages through the link in the toolbox menu on the left column of the screen.
In some pages the editing is restricted to only some users. But the Discussion page is always available for any comment or suggestion.

[edita] Editing - How to:

To edit an article click on edit tab. Once written click on the Show preview button to see how it will look like and then Save page to save it.

You can also write a draft in the Sandbox.

This wiki has many possibilities to provide the text with format and style. Before editing you may want to look up HELP.

[edita] Registering

To sign in as user click on the link Inicia sessió/Crea un compte (meaning "Sign in/create account") you see in the top right part of the screen and follow the steps.

Being registered you have extra resources that may help you to work and help others to follow your contributions.

Other resources:

You have a personal user page and a discussion user page where messages can be posted
You can tick the "watch" tab of a page and follow the changes that may occur by looking at "tracking links" that points from the left main menu, in the "toolbox" section.
Whenever you create a new version of an article, your user’s name appears in the history associated to that version
You can sign your comments in the pages by writing --~~~~. In saving, the system automatically substitutes it with your user’s name, date and time. This can also be done by clicking on the second button from the right of the edit buttons (the one displaying a signature ).
It is possible to check all your contributions in groups.
You can change the language of the interface elements

To sign-in you just have to provide a user’s name, a password and an e-mail. Other personal data are not required.

The main language of this project is Catalan but contributions to the wiki in other languages are also possible.

For general communication (presentation, spreading, partial reports, final report) three languages are used: Catalan, Spanish and English.

Other contents are only in Catalan. If you want to contribute to translate them into any of the other two languages you can do it. You just have to create a new page with the same title but adding at the end a code identifying the language and to be careful with adding the content of the article to a template to indicate internally the language used and if a version in another language is available. All the codes and procedures related with the multilingual features of this wiki can be found in the article GERMINADOR wiki:multilingual (en).
